Shipping
We are happy to offer FREE standard shipping through the United States Postal Service as our default shipping method. This means that no matter how much you shop, you get all of your cupcake decorations for FREE delivered within 3-7 business days!

If you are in a hurry, we also offer Priority Mail shipping available through USPS for a flat fee of $5.95, or Express Overnight shipping for just $19.95.

*NOTE: Please take note that orders must be placed by 1:30pm EST in order to leave our warehouse the same day. Also, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday. Order far enough in advance to ensure delivery by your event date!

Order Tracking
The second your package leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This way you can stay on top of your package and track it all the way to your door!

Guarantee
We back up all of our products and guarantee they will arrive in the best possible condition. If in any way your product is unsatisfactory, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your product. Please contact us to obtain authorization for a return. DO NOT return your product without contacting us, or your refund may not be processed properly. PRODUCTS THAT APPEAR TO BE WORN AND/OR USED ARE NON REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Process for Returns:
1. Email us at info@cupcakelinerswrappers.com with the following information:
     Subject: Product Return
     Name
     Order Number
     Products Being Returned
2. Send your unused products to: Simply Wrappers 1485 South 2600 East Spanish Fork, UT 84660
3. Once received, we will send an email confirming receipt of your product.
4. We will process your refund within 1 business day of receiving product. Please allow 2-3 business days for your payment processor to deposit funds.
